DIVERSITY CREATES BETTER OUTCOMES

As the energy industry continues to focus on DEI initiatives, SEEL is committed to sharing the stories of how diversity creates better outcomes. As a 100% minority business enterprise (MBE), SEEL focuses on developing a diverse workforce and partner network.  We understand the benefit of diversity and its positive impact – not just on the services we deliver but also on the community.

For the third year in a row, SEEL was recognized as the National Minority Supplier of the Year (Class IV). This award recognizes companies for excellence in pursuit of providing supply chain solutions to their corporate partners.

In 2020, SEEL spent $24 Million (or 33.46%) with diverse vendors, and 75% of the company’s workforce falls into a recognized diversity category.
