Tiffany E. Curry is the Vice President of Diversity Initiatives and Community Engagement at SEEL, a leader in energy program management. In her role, she serves as principal advisor to the executive leadership team on diversity initiatives and leads the organization’s talent acquisition partners, focusing on driving accountability and maintaining a high-performance workforce.
E’Lois Thomas, Ph.D. is the president of SEEL, LLC (Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics), a nationally certified minority business enterprise (MBE) that partners with utilities across the country to implement and create access to services including energy audits, weatherization upgrades, electrification projects (including EV management), rebate processing, call center services and workforce development.
Scott Alan Davis is the Vice President of Inclusion and Economic Development at SEEL, LLC. Scott's career has spanned throughout community development, specifically focusing on holistic community planning and development and capacity building.
Jon Lanning joined the team at SEEL, LLC., as Vice President of Business Development. His forward-thinking approach and extensive industry knowledge will position him as a driving force behind SEEL’s continued success.

Alicia Forrester is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the energy efficiency sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SEEL, Alicia’s primary responsibilities revolve around managing client relationships and subcontractors for retail-based programs.
Freya Kennedy is a dynamic leader with over 17 years of management and leadership experience, currently serving as the Portfolio Director at SEEL. In her role, Freya spearheads the Energy Efficiency Programs for DTE, focusing on operational success and departmental growth in alignment with SEEL's strategic objectives and client satisfaction metrics.
