Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SEEL, Alicia’s primary responsibilities revolve around managing client relationships and subcontractors for retail-based programs. Her role involves overseeing an internal field team, ensuring quality assurance and customer engagement events are executed seamlessly. Forresters's proficiency lies in meeting energy savings and budgetary targets within stipulated timelines.

A product of the prestigious University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada, Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a specialization in psychology. She has furthered her education with certifications in internet marketing and is a certified Communication and Advertising Accredited Professional (CAAP).

With a career spanning over 20 years, Forrester has honed her expertise through various roles, including seven years with BC Hydro in Vancouver and 15 years with ComEd. She has contributed significantly to her teams, aiding in the attainment of multiple ENERGY STAR awards over the years.

Forrester's professional journey is characterized by her adeptness in piloting, designing, marketing, and managing large-scale programs. Her leadership and interpersonal skills have been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous projects. Prior to her venture into the energy efficiency sector, Alicia gained valuable experience in client management and media planning during her tenure at an advertising agency.

A native of Vancouver, Canada, Alicia relocated to Chicago in 2008 and has since been an integral part of the energy efficiency landscape. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and proven track record make her a valuable asset in the realm of operations and energy management.
