SEEL, LLC to Celebrate Energy Efficiency Day 2021

SEEL, LLC is joining regional and national organizations, businesses, utilities, universities, and individuals in promoting energy efficiency – a critical strategy to meet our energy needs, cut utility bills, and reduce pollution.

Wednesday October 6, 2021 is national Energy Efficiency Day 2021 (#EEDay2021) and this year SEEL, LLC (Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics) celebrates Energy Efficiency Day by recognizing its outstanding energy professionals.

Stephanie Norwood, Call Center Coordinator. Stephanie embraces process improvement ideas and points out areas needing attention within our digital platform to provide our customer service representatives (CSRs) with the necessary tools for supporting customers’ scheduling needs. She is also involved in training new CSRs, to ensure new team members are successful in their role.

Eva Woo, Staff Accountant. Eva embodies SEEL’s mission in delivering stellar customer service. She consistently exceeds customer expectations, by providing timely and accurate reports, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Brad Painter, Sr. Field Coordinator for ARI program. Brad is a highly motivated and professional supervisor who is constantly working to ensure that he (and his reports) project a positive image of SEEL and the utility client. He recently oversaw operations during a multi-week period of adverse weather, and his proactive and comprehensive approach to safety was very evident; as ARI beat its forecast during those weeks, despite the poor weather, due in a large part to his efforts.

Darren Fields, Field Coordinator for HEA/IQ Programs, Darren has excelled in his new role as Field Coordinator for the CE HEA/IQ residential team. He has helped to train our new field team members to provide customers with top quality energy assessments and accurate audit reports. Darren consistently makes sure customers receive the best service, and that no stone is left unturned when it comes to customer satisfaction.

"We are proud of all of our employees and couldn't think of a better way to recognize Energy Efficiency Day," said Louis E. James, "Workforce development is very important to us. Training and providing job opportunities for the green jobs of the future is one of our primary objectives as a company. Because of employees like the ones we celebrate this year, SEEL has been enormously successful throughout the years. Congratulations to each and every one of them as we recognize Energy Efficiency Day 2021!"
