Leading through Generations

In today’s multigenerational workplace, effective leadership requires understanding the diverse values, communication styles, and motivations that each generation brings. Leading Through Generations equips leaders with mindful strategies to bridge generational differences, reduce friction, and strengthen collaboration across age groups. Through reflection, practical tools, and real‑world scenarios, participants will learn how to adapt leadership approaches, foster inclusive team dynamics, and harness the unique strengths of a multigenerational workforce. This session empowers leaders to create environments where all generations feel valued, heard, and motivated to contribute their best.

Self-Awareness

As our final JEDI workshop of 2025, this session invites you to pause, reflect, and prepare for the year ahead. Led by Scott Alan Davis, we’ll be guided through engaging discussion and practical tools, and explore how self-awareness enhances personal growth, strengthens team dynamics, and supports inclusive leadership.

Leading for All

Leaders are most effective when they create environments where everyone can thrive. Leading for All emphasizes inclusive leadership practices that recognize diverse strengths, perspectives, and needs. Participants will explore strategies to reduce unintentional exclusion, foster belonging, and adapt their leadership approach to support the success of every team member. This session provides actionable tools for building a culture rooted in fairness, respect, and shared purpose.

Understanding Bias as a leader

Every leader holds unconscious beliefs that shape decisions, relationships, and team outcomes—often without awareness. Understanding Bias as a Leader helps participants explore how implicit biases develop, how they influence workplace interactions, and how leaders can interrupt unintentional patterns that undermine equity and trust. Through reflection and practical tools, leaders will learn to recognize their own assumptions, create more objective decision‑making processes, and foster a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and supported.

Leading with Impact for all in Practice

Leadership impact is measured not only by results, but by the experience of the people you lead. This session focuses on applying inclusive, mindful leadership practices to real situations. Participants will explore how to align actions with organizational values, deliver equitable outcomes, and create sustained positive impact. Through case studies and interactive activities, leaders leave with the confidence to lead with intention, fairness, and influence.

Power and Privilege

Introspective session exploring how power and privilege shape our workplaces and interactions. This workshop will introduce key concepts and provide practical tools to recognize systemic advantages, interrupt inequities, and foster more inclusive team dynamics. Participants will reflect on their own experiences, learn strategies to navigate and redistribute power, and leave with actionable steps to support a more equitable organizational culture.

Identity

We will take a deeper dive into identity. Led by Scott Alan Davis, our VP of Inclusion & Economic Development, we will learn about the concept of identity; identifying labels people can use to describe themselves; and why identity is so important. We will also have an open discussion, where people can share experiences, and ask questions.

Understanding the Demographics as a leader

Today’s workforce is shaped by a wide range of backgrounds, identities, experiences, and expectations. This session equips leaders with insight into demographic trends and their implications for organizational culture, communication, and engagement. Participants will learn how to lead with awareness, interpret workforce data meaningfully, and better understand the unique dynamics influencing their teams. The goal: make informed leadership decisions that reflect the people you serve.

Practical Mindful Leadership Approaches

Building on key mindfulness concepts, this session offers practical techniques that leaders can use immediately. Through simple, repeatable practices, participants will learn to remain grounded under pressure, make more thoughtful decisions, and communicate with greater empathy and clarity. Real scenarios and application exercises help leaders integrate mindfulness into daily operations, meetings, and team interactions to enhance performance and well‑being.

Operating with Grace

Grace in leadership is the ability to navigate challenges with empathy, humility, and composure. This session helps leaders practice patience, accountability, and compassion—especially during conflict or change. Participants will learn how to manage tough conversations, support team members through difficulties, and model emotional steadiness. Operating with Grace strengthens a leader’s capacity to inspire trust and create a culture of understanding and respect.

The Power of Words and Actions

Effective leadership begins with awareness of how communication shapes culture. The Power of Words and Actions explores the influence leaders have through everyday language, behaviors, and decision‑making. Participants will learn how intentional communication builds trust, reinforce alignment, and supports psychological safety. This session provides tools to recognize impact versus intent and to model behaviors that strengthen connection, clarity, and credibility across teams.

Understanding Structures Systems

Great leadership requires an understanding of the organizational structures and systems that influence people’s experiences. This session helps leaders examine how policies, processes, and norms can create barriers—or opportunities—for equity and success. Through guided reflection and practical examples, participants will learn to identify systemic challenges, support fair practices, and use their leadership role to advocate for more effective, mindful systems.

The Mindful Leadership journey

Mindful leadership is not a destination—it’s an ongoing practice. This session introduces the core principles of the Mindful Leadership Journey, focusing on self‑awareness, presence, emotional intelligence, and intentional action. Participants will reflect on their leadership identity, strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, and learn daily practices that cultivate resilience and purpose. A powerful foundation for leaders committed to growth.

Identifying Triggers

In this session, we’ll explore how triggers show up in our day-to-day interactions and how understanding them can improve communication, teamwork, and overall well-being. Scott will guide us through practical tools for recognizing our reactions, managing challenging moments, and supporting more thoughtful and inclusive conversations.

Reducing Judgement

Judgment can unintentionally limit collaboration and innovation. This session explores how assumptions, biases, and quick conclusions influence leadership behavior and team dynamics. Through mindful awareness and practical tools, participants will learn to pause, inquire, and interpret situations with openness. By reducing judgment, leaders build stronger relationships, encourage diverse perspectives, and promote healthier, more productive workplace interactions.
