Most recently, Dani served as a Senior Program Manager for Residential Energy Efficiency Programs at Franklin Energy, where she managed a portfolio of programs across multiple states including Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Florida. In this role, she acted as the primary liaison for utility clients, oversaw subcontractor and partner relationships, and managed multi-million-dollar budgets while ensuring programs met or exceeded energy savings and engagement goals. Her work spanned initiatives such as Home Energy Check-up & Counseling (LMI), EV customer engagement, small business programs, marketplace initiatives, and Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®.

Prior to Franklin Energy, Dani spent over a decade with TechniArt, Inc., where she held leadership roles including Director of Pop-Up Retail and Director of Business Development. She led national marketing and sales strategies that generated more than $5 million annually in new business, expanded partnerships, and significantly increased customer engagement. Dani also built and managed large teams of sales and business development staff, helping grow revenue and lead generation through innovative outreach and experiential marketing initiatives.
