Rick Stout

Sr. Technology Manager

Rick Stout is the Senior Technology Manager at SEEL, LLC. In this role, Rick manages the IT and Data teams, holds responsibility for all aspects of technology and IT infrastructure, is responsible for Helpdesk operations, IT security, procurement of IT hardware and software solutions, IT vendor management, and technology strategic planning.

Rick has more than 22 years of IT experience working in various roles which has lead to many professional accomplishments.

Additionally, Rick has more than 12 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to effectively execute complex and cross-divisional strategic IT projects in large enterprises. He has excellent problem-solving skills and exemplary career history in leveraging his extensive technical background to architect, engineer, and implement infrastructure solutions. He is an experienced department manager with the proven leadership ability to implement technology improvements while securing cost savings by strategically negotiating with vendors.

Rick graduated from LaSalle University with his B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Rick has also worked as an IT Manager for Credit Acceptance Corporation (CAC), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), and consulted for the Blue Cross and Ford Marketing & Sales Systems.
